go with the frozen chili-only. Make your own noodles, kidney beans, cheese, onions, and oyster crackers. It is a passable substitute for the real deal in Cincy.

If you like a 3-way, you should try the coney, which is a hot dog with the chili and cheese. Awesome. No one knows the exact recipe, they’d have to kill you if they told you, but we’ve heard here in Cincinnati there is chocolate, nutmeg in it. You either love it or hate it. If you grew up with it, you can’t imagine NOT eating it. They also sell it in cans, like you suggested, so you can make your own. They also sell the finely shredded cheese in bags too. But thanks for reviewing it. Football and basketball games wouldn’t be the same without going to Skyline afterwards.
