I am proud to announce today, the first ever FreezerBurns.com Contest.

As I started to think about what I would do for my first ever contest, I thought about all the typical ways to enter website contests: leave a comment, subscribe to my podcast, submit a picture. Those are all great and although that would surely see a pike in my traffic, it only really benefits me.

In this day in age, there is way more to life than just getting me some AdSense dollars. That’s why I decided to structure my contest around an organization that could help way more people than just me: EpicChange.org.

Here’s how to enter!

You can enter this contest 3 ways.

1. Tweet about EpicChange.org to your Twitter followers. Then paste the URL of your tweet into a comment in this post below. Click here to read instructions on how to isolate the URL of a specific tweet. If you do not save the URL in the comment field, it does not count as an entry. You may submit up to 3 tweet entries per day.

2. Write about EpicChange.org in your blog or website. Then paste the URL of your entry into a comment in this post below. Again, If you do not save the URL in the comment field, it does not count as an entry.

3. Create an EpicChange.org Gift Registry Badge on your website. Here are instructions on how to create your very own Gift Registry Badge. Then paste the URL of your entry into a comment in this post below. Again, If you do not save the URL in the comment field, it does not count as an entry.

That’s it! It’s that simple to enter. Contest ends December 22nd, 2008 at 8:00 PM EST so what are you waiting for? Start moving!

Here’s what you can win!

First Prize (1): A brand new Flip Mino camera with the FreezerBurns.com logo branded on it. This is one of the hottest gadgets this holiday season. It is white, records up to 60 minutes of video and is small enough to fit in your pocket. *Sorry, this is not the new HD Mino.

Second Prize (3): You could win one of three T-Shirts from ShirtPizza.com. These shirts have been featured in my shows before. Now you can dress just like the Frozen Food Master! Choose from over 200 designs, custom baked for you.

Third Prize (1): EpicChange.org has graciously donated a great product from their store to one entrant. (Product to be determined soon.)

LEGAL MUMBO JUMBO:
• Contest ends December 22nd, 2008 at 8:00 PM EST. Winners will be notified by email and published on the site no later than December 23rd, 2008
• Contest open to anyone in the world but there is no guarantee of receipt of prizes by Christmas time.
• Winners will be chosen at random by my kids picking names out of a hat.
• You must be 18 years or older to win.
• There is no limit to how many entries you make but be considerate of your Twitter followers.
