I know nothing about Tuscany except that Jerry Seinfeld found it hard to believe that there were no more villas left there. So given that my initial expectations of what a good chicken tuscany tastes like was nil, I went in with nothing. What I walked away with was a healthy appreciation for the technological wizards behind a microwaveable plastic strainer and the crispness of a well nuked piece of zuchinni. It’s a bowl, it’s a steamer, and is a “Healthy Choice” to boot.
