Smart Ones Morning Express Stuffed Breakfast Sandwiches

Posted by: Gregory Ng: The Frozen Food Master

When I was in high school I fell in love with Little Debbie Nutty Bars. Every day during lunch I would pay 25 cents and I would munch away at the 2 sticks of chocolate covered peanut butter wafers. I did this for along time. In fact, now I can’t even stand the sight of them now I ate so many.

I am always skeptical of products that go out of their way to explain how healthy they are. Especially ones that contain breakfast fillings that traditionally hold a special place in my clogging heart: bacon, cheese, and eggs.

These New Smart Ones Morning Express Stuffed Breakfast Sandwiches are created by Weight Watchers but don’t think the Weight Watchers name means no taste and no substance. The box says that these Stuffed Breakfast Sandwich has egg whites, cheese, turkey bacon, and vegetables. And boy, were these things stuffed. When I took a bite into these self-contained dough pockets of yumminess, the fillings were bursting at the seams.

Who cares if it is turkey bacon? It tastes just as good as real bacon and thicker cut to boot. The dough was light and flakey and there were no structural breaches with exploding cheese lava down the side.

This box contains 2 servings which equates to 2 individually packed sandwiches with dedicated crisping sleeves. Eat one or both with each sandwich only containing 7g of fat. I am super impressed by this product. These New Smart Ones Morning Express Stuffed Breakfast Sandwiches are in danger of being the Nutty Bars of my 30’s. I think I am going to be eating a ton of these in the coming weeks.
