Episode 119: Michael Angelo’s Eggplant Medallions

Posted by: Gregory Ng: The Frozen Food Master

Looks too frou-frou for me. I'll take the unhealthier version if it tastes better.
Thanks for the review Greg.

Yea..not sure if that meal is for me, good thing they sent you a bunch of stuff so hopefully something works out. Heading out to Mexico on Sunday, I hope I have good enough internet access while I am down there to keep up with FB.

Hmmm…I would say I am a gold medal tetris player. Best game ever.

I love it when there are products that are vegan but still taste good and aren't necessarily marketed as such (being vegan). I think it's nice to get others eating healthier in a sneaky way.

I love eggplant, I actually eat it almost every night. I make a little grilled eggplant vegetable medley.

Haha, I was waiting for the Spitz/Phelps reference :)

I believe the Raiders scence was in Nepal and the Nazi that burnt himself was named Toht.

“Ore-ange”, where ya from Boston? Way to go Nats :P

Well let's see, we all know I'd medal in commenting, haha. What else:
Defeating Zelda: A Link to the Past
Making quality pizzas :P
Eating oatmeal & apples

….and just because, here is the entire Captain EO (Michael Jack's Disneyland ride) for your viewing pleasure:

Greg, I just can't imagine you really, really mad. Anyway, thanks for the great review, but I think I'll try it, I love it when they leave skins on. That would help explain the higher fiber. What is medal worthy for me? Trying new things, especially at my age (49). Last year it was rock climbing, this year kayaking!

…love eggplant parm! I will try the Michael Ang's, and get back with you, about how delicious it is…. Especially for only 6 grams of fat & $4ish! BTW Timmy Roche ROCKS!!!!! <3 =)

Thanks for this review, I probably would have had the same feeling about the tough skin on it as you did. I suppose if it were a one word review it would have been “sloppy”.
I would probably win a gold medal with the loads of coffee that I drink in a day. Regular coffee, espresso, and frappuccino's. Its all good :)

I think I'd be a world class channel surfer. If there was a medal for how fast someone could change from History Channel to MTV (puke), I think I'd bring home the gold.

I must say the Frozen Food Master has steered me clear of some junk and guided me to some fine frozen food options. All that for the price of SQUAT. He even sent me a coupon for a free meal. I tip my beret to you sir.

Personally, I don't like eggplant and I don't do vegan. I admire your pluck in taking on this review.
