I agree with @Dion. Always cook it for the time on the box, even if it looks melted. I can’t stick up for the dish b/c I’ve never had it, but I do know Lean Cuisines and crisping trays!

The only man (and I use the term loosely) that I know that doesn’t like barbecue, would be the guy that cuts my hair. Apparently, he once splattered some BBQ sauce on his fancy Italian suit on what proved to be, a very fateful day; still sissy-fits upon memory…

Agree with all above.

To be honest, I tend to keep it in the microwave for the set amount of time too. But in this case, I did want to illustrate the confusion that “or until cheese is melted” line was.

BBQ + anything sounds good in general. It’s all about some good textures and flavors to go with that sweet, tangy bbq sauce!

I’m with Jonathan C. on this one… and in general, I think that anyone who takes the time and effort to do BBQ well tends to do “BBQ + anything” well, whether it’s chicken, beef, pork, or anything else…

And as for that “sweet, tangy BBQ sauce”… they had better not skimp on the quality there either! It’s hard to find a great BBQ sauce… or perhaps I’m just too picky; I don’t know.

Also wanted to add a comment regarding cooking directions: I wish the food manufacturers would stop using that “or until cheese is melted” line altogether in microwave cooking directions. Any factory-made cheese product (i.e. all of the types of “cheese” one might find in a frozen food product) is going to start melting after just a few *seconds* in the microwave… long before the food is anywhere close to actually being done.

When it comes to oven cooking directions, that “or until cheese is melted” line might work for some products, such as frozen pizzas (and even then, that statement is usually accompanied by “…and crust is golden brown”)… but it never applies to microwave cooking.
