This meal seemed like a pretty safe bet. I mean, how can you mess up breaded chicken? So it was with high hopes that I taste-tested the Healthy Choice Country Breaded Chicken. With breaded chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies, AND an apple dessert how can you possibly go wrong?

I still can't get over how you guys across the pond combine both the main course and dessert into a single ready meal

Apple Crisp is my favorite as well. Peach is OK too. However…..they are never “crisp” especially when topped with oatmeal!!
I only paid $1.27 for this “meal.” At that price, it was pretty good. I like the taste of the chicken….all two pieces…..peppery though. The veges were as you say, not top quality, but if you are looking for top quality in a HC meal, well….I'd say good luck. Apple Crisp was indeed soupy, but not all together offensive!! Pretty good for $1.27, but for 3.99??? Not good!
