    Wait, what? 100% of the calories from fat? Where'd they find salmon that has no protein? Or bread crumbs with no carbohydrates?

    What I do that's definitely against the grain is I only check the curbside mailbox twice a month. Probably drives the mailman nuts! 98% is circulars, "value packs," and Geico offers anyway.
