What I do that's definitely against the grain is I only check the curbside mailbox twice a month. Probably drives the mailman nuts! 98% is circulars, “value packs,” and Geico offers anyway.

Wait, what? 100% of the calories from fat? Where'd they find salmon that has no protein? Or bread crumbs with no carbohydrates?

hey if you ever get a chance,sea pak makes salmon nuggets and they are awesome when you cook them in the oven.You should try them if you can get sea pak where you are.These are great when you dip them in cocktail sauce.Sea pak makes some unbelievable stuff.Have you ever reviewed salmon burgers yet?Sea pak makes those too.
