One of the best parts of being at SXSW last week in Austin was the opportunity to hang out with my best friend, Michael Schneider of BelchingMonkey.com. Now I know me some frozen food but I know very little about beer. There’s nothing like getting a bonafide education from Belching Monkey at an awesome venue, The GingerMan.
