In today’s Wall Street Journal, I am quoted in an article called, “More Ready-to-Zap Foods Showing Up in the Freezer Case”. In it, I talk about the recent trend in frozen food offerings “catering to the health-conscious lunch crowd and bagged skillets intended for family-style meals”
