A couple of weeks ago I reviewed the Zatarain’s Shrimp Alfredo meal. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by Zatarain’s and they wrote, “we’re sorry you didn’t enjoy the Zatarain’s Shrimp Alfredo Frozen Entrée, but would like to offer you the opportunity to sample the newly reformulated version in hopes you have a better experience.” Of course I had to try this newly formulated version to see if it’s better than the last version.

Is this version better than the last? In short, yes! The 3 problems I had with the previous version was it was very watery, the shrimp was super small, and the dish had no spice to it. This reformulated version is better in all 3 accounts!
